Keeley, Brian and Ed did a sprint relay triathlon today in Hudson, WI. They did Great!!!! Brian swam, Ed biked and Keeley did a 4 mile run.
I also did the sprint by myself today. I finished which is not bad for a person that has not trained at all. I even surprised myself by finishing strong and feeling good.
