Colorado Springs

On Sunday we headed down to Colorado Springs for a soccer game for Keeley. Since we got down there early, we headed to Gardens of the Gods. What an amazing place!!

Keeley's Soccer Update

Keeley's team took second place in the Arsenal cup in Fort Collins. Note the mountains in the background!!Our scoring machine is marked by three girls in this game.Keeley put this ball in the net. Too bad her mom was to busy yelling to take pictures.

1st Day of School

The girls finished their first day of school. No Keeley was not the only 8th grader that was new and Taylor really like her teacher. Keeley came home with a list of additional things that she needs (of course one is the calculator that is somewhere in storage) Taylor does not seem to need anything else right now. Keeley has to walk to school while Tay is able to get on the bus, I am sure everyone is shocked that she already meet a girls that lives by Grandma and Grandpa Wrabetz's house that is her age!!

Girls Start School

The girls start school tomorrow!!!! Yeah now they will have something to do. Unlike in Minnesota Taylor starts and gets out of school earlier than Keeley!! Bad for Taylor who is not a morning person, but good to have her out earlier for her activities.

Keeley's Girls Storm Classic

Keeley's team had a Friday night game which they won 2-1. She is getting along so well with all of the girls on the team it is crazy!!! Fun to watch them distribute the ball to each other.

Update

We have all moved to Colorado. The girls moved out a week and a half before I did. It is nice to have all four of us back together again. I am enjoying hanging out with Brian again. The girls have kept me busy this week since I do not start clinic until next Monday August 16th.

Girls are registered in schools. Keeley has already gotten her schedule, had her pictures taken and found her locker. Taylor will find out her teacher on Friday, but likes her new school.

The girls and I went for a bike ride with Grandma Julie on Wednesday and then went to the Broomfield Rec center for swimming.

Keeley has her first soccer tournament with the full team this weekend. The tournament is at the Denver Broncos training facility. Taylor is hoping we will get to see some of the Bronco Players.
