Brian and I are really glad the soccer tournament is done this year. It was a little bit more of a relaxed atmosphere since we only had 100 teams this year, but it was still a pretty hectic weekend.
Keeley's team played at the U13 age level (means 11 players on the field, a bigger field, a different size ball, bigger nets and more game time)
They did great. Won 2 of the 3 games in the round robin, then won the championship game 3-0 over the team that had beat them in round robin play. Another tournament win!!!
Taylor was stuck being carted around all weekend, but she did get to hand out ALL of the trophies to the U11 - U16 teams (including Keeley's) so she said it was worth the weekend. Thank goodness for the Kettle corn guy to keep her happy!!!
